The same set representing two living rooms, two scenes taking place at
the same time, with the highlight of three couples having two dinner
parties at the same table on different days. The play was about a
confusion of time and space, misunderstandings and all spiced up with
marital infidelity.
Absolutely brilliant, and requiring total dedication from Jan Carter the
Director, and the whole of the production team. This was an enormous
challenge that paid off.
The casting was superb; Jim Green, Trisha and Leon Kreft, Sarah Rathbone,
Simon Taylor and Maggie Edwards They were full on from the word go
with each one totally convincing in their parts. Voice projection very
good so that every word was distinct and clearly heard. Timing was
all-important requiring much rehearsal to get it right on the night. The
set was ingenious, particularly the
dinner table. It was clever the way one couple, by swivelling
round, were able to be part of two dinner parties. I understand
they swivelled round 39 times. An appreciative audience went
away well satisfied. I even won the raffle!
