Thorpe Players Theatre Company have made a donation of £200 to support the Thorpe St. Andrew Parish Church Fund-a-Flint Appeal. The Appeal has been set-up to enable major repairs to take place to the high retaining flint wall behind the Parish Church on Yarmouth Road which has collapsed and crumbled and is need of urgent attention. Thorpe Players Chairman David Watson said, “We feel that at times like this it is important for the local community to come together and do what they can to help preserve part of our local history and heritage”.
If you would like to contribute to the Appeal please contact The Fund-A-Flint Appeal, c/o The Rectory, 21a South Avenue, Thorpe St. Andrew, Norwich NR7 0EY (Tel: 01603 439160)
