Each year there are three productions; a spring, a summer and a winter production. The winter productions tend to be the biggest ones and are normally either a pantomime or musical. These will involve most of the Thorpe players and then some, both on the stage and backstage. The Players are young and old, and the group wide in their membership and following. Our productions are put together by our wonderful and dedicated production team. They ensure the set is built and decorated, we are lit well and sound great, and transitions between scenes are smooth. The company is led by the elected committee of members from the group. This consists of; Dave Watson (Chairperson), Isobel Munday (Secretary) and Glyn Bailey (Financial Officer). They are supported by; the business committee, led by Jan Jones, the publicity committee, led by Jon Badgery and the play programming committee.
